About Cardipure 6.25 MG Tablet
Cardipure 6.25 MG Tablet is an alpha and a beta-blocker used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure. After a heart attack, it is used to improve your chance of survival if your heart does not pump well. It also helps in preventing kidney problems, strokes and heart attacks. Cardipure 6.25 MG Tablet blocks the beta receptors in the heart muscle, making them less responsive to stress hormones. It also blocks alpha receptors on blood vessels which dilates them, lowering blood pressure and vascular resistance.
This medicine is not recommended for children and for diabetic patients, a serious heart condition, liver, kidney or lung disease. You should not take Cardipure 6.25 MG Tablet if you are allergic to it or if you have a history of other allergies. To make sure this medicine is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have a thyroid disorder, pheochromocytoma or circulation problems. Also, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to be pregnant or breastfeeding a baby before starting a course of this medicine.
Cardipure 6.25 MG Tablet should be taken orally, with food, usually twice daily. The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment. To reduce your risk of side effects, your doctor may direct you to start this medication at a low dose and gradually increase your dose.
Dizziness, drowsiness, lightheadedness, impotence, diarrhoea, or tiredness may occur as side effects of this medicine. Cardipure 6.25 MG Tablet is not recommended in patients with 2nd or 3rd degree AV block.
Sinus Bradycardia

Corticosteroids
Corticosteroids like prednisolone, methylprednisolone may decrease the effect of Cardipure 6.25 MG Tablet if taken more than a week. Close monitoring of blood pressure is necessary. Any symptoms of swelling of feet and hands, rapid weight gain should be reported to the doctor. Dose adjustments are to be made if necessary.Antidiabetic medicines
Cardipure 6.25 MG Tablet may mask the symptoms of low blood glucose levels like tremors, fast heartbeat, palpitations and makes it difficult for the patients to understand.
