To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

No. Masturbation though a perversion is just an alternative to actual sexual intercourse. If sexual intercourse does no harm then masturbation also shouldn't. Till date there is no documented conclusive evidence that masturbation causes any sort of body harm.

Change your diet -Stop eating wheat -which is a gluten which will cause damage to your pancreas. Cut down carbohydrates eat healthy fats Eat plant based diet No dairy products No animal products unless it is organic Do exercise daily change your life style See a diabetic educator for proper dietary advice sleep for 8 hrs daily Reduce weight if you are overweight You may have to use certain supplements which will reduce your sugar and help you to reduce your medicines dosage rule out complications of diabetes on heart, kidney,eyes and nervous system. Diabetes can be mostly reversed with diet and life style changes. If you need specific advice please take a consult.

Dandruff causes great loss to hairs. Try to get rid of it. For this do not let the oil to remain all the time on the scalp. Wash the hairs frequently. Apply lemon juice 1 hour before washing the hairs. Drink plenty of water to avoid dryness. Do not pluck the white hairs. Take triphala daily. You can also apply mehandi and ambla paste on scalp. Always use mild shampoo to wash hairs. Take balanced diet and calcium rich diet .

Is the taste of ice cream or a sip of hot coffee sometimes a painful experience for you? Does brushing or flossing make you cry out occasionally? If so, you may have sensitive teeth.
Possible causes include:
• Tooth decay (cavities)
• Fractured teeth
• Worn fillings
• Gum disease
• Worn tooth enamel
• Exposed tooth root
In healthy teeth, a layer of enamel protects the crowns (the part above the gum line )of your teeth. Under the gum line a layer called cementum protects the tooth root. Underneath both the enamel and the cementum is dentin.
Dentin is less dense than enamel and cementum and contains microscopic tubules (small hollow tubes or canals). When dentin loses its protective covering of enamel or cementum these tubules allow heat and cold or acidic or sticky foods to reach the nerves and cells inside the tooth. Dentin may also be exposed when gums recede. The result can be hypersensitivity.
Sensitive teeth can be treated. The type of treatment will depend on what is causing the sensitivity. Your dentist may suggest one of a variety of treatments:
• Desensitizing toothpaste. This contains compounds that help block transmission of sensation from the tooth surface to the nerve, and usually requires several applications before the sensitivity is reduced.
• Fluoride gel. An in-office technique which strengthens tooth enamel and reduces the transmission of sensations.
• A crown, inlay or bonding. These may be used to correct a flaw or decay that results in sensitivity.
• Surgical gum graft. If gum tissue has been lost from the root, this will protect the root and reduce sensitivity.
• Root canal. If sensitivity is severe and persistent and cannot be treated by other means, your dentist may recommend this treatment to eliminate the problem.
Proper oral hygiene is the key to preventing sensitive-tooth pain. Ask your dentist if you have any questions about your daily oral hygiene routine or concerns about tooth sensitivity.

Hello lybrate-user, it seems your are doing a lot of work. Working time also is more. Seems like you don't get much time for your self. Work load seems to be more than you can handle. Coming back to anger management. People don't know what you are going through. And it's not their fault that you are working so much. You have to take care of your self and your health. Anger mostly arises from some deficiency of and not others. You have to learn to handle stuff and people. Regarding your bp you should definitely visit a doctor and get it checked. The body has the tendency to adjust to your stress. But if your stress level increase to such a level that the body cannot adjust anymore more and starts giving signals in the from of bp, diabetes, headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, stiffness etc. That the time one should understand that it's time to change our lifestyle and eventually our thoughts. Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial. It is certainly true that protein is required to build muscle, as well as for numerous other important functions in the body.  However, there is a limit to how much muscle growth can actually occur, no matter how much protein you consume. The first thing to remember is that eating protein alone will not increase muscle.  To build muscle you have to use it.  The slight damage done to the muscle during weight lifting and other resistance activities and then healing is how the muscle grows larger, so if you are simply consuming protein powders isn’t going to happen. Muscle growth requires adequate supplies of protein, however, for the majority of people this is easily obtained from food sources. So, your basic food intake is crucial even for your supplement to work.
