Many of us developing aversion towards wheat or roti made up by wheat, this could be due to their pitta predominant body constitution or gluten intoletance /wheat allergy / tendency of acidity after consuming wheat based products which later on gets cinverted to irritable bowel syndtome.Commonly available choices to replace wheat mesls are rice, corn and oats 

Other grains which are full of all nutrients are quinoa, polenta, karmut, spelt, barley,Millet and amaranth.
