Social Anxiety Disorder 

Social anxiety disorder is a disorder arises when the person feels nervous if he or she is meeting someone for the first time. Generally, people in this situation are typically scared of being insulted, being combed through or rejected. They are scared for the reason that if they commit a mistake, it would seem unintelligent and stupid before other people. This situation is just similar to shyness, but the major difference that keeps social anxiety disorder different is that this disorder is all time active. They try to keep a distance from people and also try to make their world smaller and safer by not adding more people to it. This is a situation where one can be at the danger zone and on the other hand, would affect their social and personal life to a great extent.

In other words, social anxiety disorder is also known as Social Phobia. This is one of the most common mental health problems in the whole world today. If you are one of them who is suffering from mental health problems, then you should not ignore this at any point of time and should consult a professional in order to restart your life again. You can ask some of the questions to yourself if you are feeling that you might be suffering from a social anxiety disorder. Below are some of the questions:
