Most of the time we mix the hunger & thirst. In actual we need to have water, but we feel hungry,& we start eating anything which is placed in front of us.

Today I will tell you some hydration tricks to up your water intake during the bingeing season. 

1. Have more salads: 
Raw and fresh vegetables and fruits are full of nutrients and water. This means eating salads packed with tomatoes, cucumber or bell peppers will help you feel cool and hydrated. 

2. Switch your evening tea with fresh lime water:
No matter what the urge, refresh your system with a chilled glass of lemon water instead of hot tea. Add a dash of sugar and salt to get the energy you need. 

3 Get a water - drinking reminder app: 
If you can never remember to drink water, then there are loads of applications available for download on your phone that will do the job for you. They can calculate how much water you need per day, based on your weight and height. 

4. Consider cold herbal teas:-
Non - caffeinated herbal teas, like chamomile or rose or mint, can easily be converted into coolers. Mix in a splash of honey, or add some crushed berries, and you will have a fun way to hydrate. 

5 Substitute energy drinks and colas with chilled coconut water: 
Nobody tells you how bad carbonated sodas and sugary energy drink them this party season and getting some wholesome mojo from an enriching drink of good old narial pani, which also balances your electrolyte levels. 

6. Give plain water a twist by infusing it with cucumber, lemon and mint: 
Pep up regular water by adding lemon wedges, cucumber slices, mint leaves, and watermelon slices to it. This will give it a more flavourful and zesty twist, making it less of a boring chore to drink water.
