Namaskar,

I am Dr. Nitin Kumar, Cardiologist. Aaj me cardiovascular health ke bare me apko btaunga. Jab patient hmare pass aate hain to investigation ke baad pta chalta hai ki unhe heart ka problem hai. Isme kuch modifiable risk factors hain and kuch non-modifiable. Non-modifiable me risk factor hai family history. Agar family me koi disease run kr rhi hai to ho skta hai ki vo problem hume bhi ho skti hai. Another risk is environmental factors. Peak pollution me agar koi Delhi me reh rha hai to on an average vo 9 cigarettes smoke kr rha hai each day. Modifiable risk factor ko control kia ja skta hai like lifestyle modification. Physical exercises are very important.

Brisk walk is important. Diet is a very important factor. Smoking karne se heart disease ka risk kayi gunna badh jata hai. Cancers ka risk bhi smoking se kafi badh jata hai. Smoking increases the risk of atherogenesis. Ye aage jake heart attack me convert ho skta hai. Sugar and BP hai to medicines time pe lena bhut important hai. After the age of 35, visit the doctor for routine check-ups. Drs suggested test timely krate rehna chaiye. Prevention is better than cure. In spite of all agar koi problem aati hai to doctors are always available for your help.
