My doctor has asked me to go for metabolic surgery as I am obese. And due to overweight I have irregular periods and high bp and irresistible leg pain.
I am afraid whether I shud go for it or not. As this has side effects too and it's very costly too.
Surgery should be seen as last option.
You should go in for natural weight reduction through balanced diet exercise/yoga etc.
If you take a restricted diet of 1300-1400 calories definitely you can get your weight down.
