Hi, do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight, include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.
Have pleasant meals: meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful.
