  Metformin

  Vancomycin may increase the concentration of metformin if taken together.   Ethinyl Estradiol

  Cholera Vaccine

  Cholera vaccine should not be administered if the patient has taken Vancomycin within 14 days before vaccination. Usage of other antibiotics and vaccines should be reported to the doctor.

  Ketorolac

  Vancomycin may increase the risk of kidney injury if taken with ketorolac or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
