Thanks for the query. Fasting glucose 134 mg is high, actually falls in the diabetes category. It could be Impaired Fasting Glucose Tolerance. As your PP is low. It is better to check HbA1c%, to confirm what is the actual situation. Looking at your weight and height it is clear that with a BMI of 28.13 kgs/M2 you are very much over weight. This is the main cause for increased glucose level. Hence please work on reducing the weight. Your ideal weight should be about 52 - 54 kgs Therefore, increase the daily physical activity like walking for more than 1 hour, plus do skipping and jogging, abdominal exercises. There is no special diet plan needed. Reduce the intake of sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items and foods made from maida. Increase the intake of green leafy vegetables and salads and fruits. Always use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. That should help. Thanks.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Fasting blood glucose 190 mg and PP 265 mg, both are very high, suggesting uncontrolled diabetes. This needs to be controlled effectively. Ideally in well controlled diabetes fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg and HbA1c% <6.8. So please see that your glucose levels are brought under control. Otherwise, you are inviting serious long term complications of diabetes much earlier. As regards high RBCs (polycythemia), there are many causes, like presence of COPD, (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) or lack of oxygen due to some other reason. What are the symptoms you have in relation to that? Thanks.
