About Nortryptomer P 75mg Tablet SR

Nortryptomer P 75mg Tablet SR is a combination medication prescribed for the treatment of severe neuropathic pain. It is also used for the management of neuropathic disorders like diabetic peripheral neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, and spinal cord injury.

It works by binding to a certain region of the brain and reducing the pain signals sent out by the damaged nerves of the body. This medicine is also utilised for treating restless leg syndrome, epilepsy, shingles, seizures, fibromyalgia and generalised anxiety disorder.

This medication is not recommended for you if you are pregnant, or have an allergic reaction towards any of its ingredients. Some medicines interact with it. Inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following:

  • Angiotensin- converting enzyme inhibitors
  • Benzodiazepines or narcotic pain medicines
  • Thiazolidinedione antidiabetic agents
