About Algic Plus 0.5%/0.3% Eye Drop
Algic Plus 0.5%/0.3% Eye Drop is a mixture of two drugs known as Ofloxacin and Ketorolac which treat eye infections. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It performs its action by killing bacteria by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing. Ketorolac a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It performs its action by obstructing the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation in the eye.
Take it in the portion and duration as recommended by your specialist. Check the label for directions or read carefully the leaflet present inside the pack/box before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medication inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid with a clean tissue or cloth. Algic Plus 0.5%/0.3% Eye Drop is for external use only.
