Typhoid is a type of fever that a bacterial infection brings on and the symptoms seen in affected persons include high fever, fatigue, diarrhea and headache. The cause of this condition is usually the bacteria being carried through water or the food being consumed. The bacteria can enter the bloodstream and spread across many parts of the body.

Since the bacteria enter the intestine also, a stool test is done to diagnose Typhoid. Blood tests are also advised by the General Physician. The doctor will conduct a physical examination also to be sure there are no other indications besides the Typhoid fever.
HOW IS TYPHOID TREATED?
The most common treatment for typhoid includes using strong antibiotics that helps in killing the bacteria. Alongside, the patients who have already been given vaccination for typhoid don't experience such strong symptoms or impact.
