About Tromanil Plus 100 Mg/500 Mg Tablet

Nimesulide is an anti-inflammatory pain killer which is also a non-steroidal tablet. This tablet can be used to treat acute pain, pain related to menstrual cramps, backache, migraine, post-operative pains, rheumatoid arthritis, fever and painful osteoarthritis. Nimesulide functions by blocking the cyclooxygenases which actually produces pain signals in our body. Cyclooxygenases and Prostaglandin are the reasons for the occurrence of inflammation, swelling of joints and other acute pains. This drug works by exerting pain relieving activities. Cyclooxygenase is a type of enzyme which produces compounds known as Prostaglandin. The existence of Prostaglandin in your body creates inflammation in joints, swelling and pain. Nimesulide is a Cyclooxygenase inhibitor, so it effectively reduces these symptoms. This medicine targets all the components resulting to development of swelling such as free radicals, proteolytic enzyme, histamine, cyclooxygenases and prostaglandin. This drug belongs to the class of drugs known as Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug. This class of drugs are shortly known as NSAIDs. These drugs help in treating high fever, preventing blood clots, decreasing pain and helps in stopping the development of cancer cells. If given in high dosage, these drugs can also be used in treating inflammation in the body. Your pain will be gone in just 15 minutes after consuming Nimesulide. But it is not good to use the drug for a prolonged period due to its harmful side effects. It is always advisable to finish the passage within 15 days.
