    • 2 green tea bags
    • 4 ginger slices
    • 6-7 large mint leaves
    • 2 cups of water
    • 1 cups of ice

    How to make:

    • Put green tea bags, mint leaves, ginger in a cup of boiling water.
    • Keep it like that for 2-4 minutes.
    • After that remove tea bags, ginger, and mint leaves.
    • Cooldown the tea at normal or room temperature.
    • The put a cup of crushed ice and garnish with mint leaves.
  2. Lemon green tea

    Lemon green tea is rich in anti-oxidant and also helps in controlling weight and diabetes.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 teaspoon of green tea
    • 1 teaspoon of lime juice
    • 1 teaspoon of ginger juice
    • 1 cup of water

    How to make:

    Boil a cup of water with green tea and let it for some time thus allowing the tea to steep in water. When the process is done, strain the tea and add a tablespoon of ginger and lime juice. Serve hot.

Green Tea for Gestational Diabetes

Gestational diabetes is the high blood sugar that generally happens at the time of pregnancy to the mother and the baby. It disappears after giving birth.
