Erectile Dysfunction!
Erectile dysfunction is defined simply as difficulty in achieving and maintaining erections that are satisfactory for intercourse. Your problem is called inhibited ejaculation, a rather different issue.
Male sexuality is complex. Successive stages of desire, arousal, erection, ejaculation, orgasm, and relaxation are involved. And to be successful, a man's hormones, nerves, blood vessels, and mind must all be in sync.
It sounds like you don't have any problems with the first three stages of sexuality — but you do have a problem with ejaculation, orgasm, or both. With age, many men notice that the volume of their ejaculate decreases and the sensation of orgasm becomes less intense. But the normal changes of aging may not be the whole story.
