Jaisa ki aap log jante hain, diabetes is a rapidly progressive disease. Ye sabse zyaada common hai. Diabetes India mein bahut zyaada tezi se badh rahi hai. And Delhi is the capital of the world. Ye itni prevalent hai ki yadi ek jagah 8 log baithe ho, to usme se ek aadmi ko zarur diabetes hoga. Or yadi vo 8 aadmi 50 saal se upar hai, to 4 mein se 1 ko diabetes hoga.

Let's talk about the myths of diabetes

Myth 1: Diabetes is contiguous, jaise ki chuachuth ki bimari hai. Lekin ye galat hai. Diabetes kabhi bhi aise nahi failti.

Myth 2: Yadi aapki family mein diabetes na ho , to aapko kbhi diabetes nahi hoga. Agar family mein kisi ko diabetes ho , to chances zyaada hain ki apko bhi diabetes ho sakta hai. Myth 8: Diabetics bahar khana nahi kha sakte. Aisa bilkul sahi nahi hai. Aap kha sakte hain, par moderate tarike se vo bhi acha khaana.

Myth 9: Sugar zyaada consume karne se diabetes hoti hai. Meetha khaane se diabetes nahi hoti.

Myth 10: Jo overweight hote hain, unhe diabetes hota hai. Aisa kuch nahi hai. Duble insan ko bhi diabetes ho sakta hai.
