Constipation Causing Fissures

While consulting a patient of fissure due to constipation, which condition getting worse day by day and he is being weaker and depressed. Before giving him stool softener or purgative luxative or pain killers. We should first think or ask about his food amount. Because of fear of pain while defecation sometimes the patient withdraws his food or limit it and this habit never help him to be cured, and he will be weaker and weaker. So first medicine is tell him to have full diet specially fibre roti etc then recommend for any medicine. Wl work faster.
