Chest Pain - Can Homeopathic Remedies Treat it?

Chest pain is a very common problem noticed among the population of the people, the cause for this problem can be of different origins. This problem has several reasons: you will experience this situation when your body has problems in itself, when the chest pain is itself a problem or it is a sign of some fatal situation which is coming ahead. Pericarditis

In this condition, the person's chest pain starts to move or spread to the left portion of the shoulder. This condition gets worse when a person starts to lie in a flat position.

Arnica Montana

Kali carbonicum

This medicine is commonly known as carbonate of potassium and few symptoms which indicates that Kali carb should be used are:

  • Breathlessness and dry cough 
  • Weakness and stiffness accompanied with back pain
  • Weakness
  • Palpitations and anxiety
  • Depression
  • Bronchitis
  • Wheezing like feeling
  • Sharp, cutting and stitching like pain is felt in the chest
  • A feeling of burning sensation in the chest area
  • Movement of any sort increases the pain

Phosphorus

This is applicable to only those people who are slender, tall and have a narrow chest. The symptoms which asks the application of potassium are: 

  • Desire for drinking cold water
  • Respiratory tract of the person inflamed
  • Heart region experiences palpitations and anxiety
  • Congestion in the lungs and sudden appearance of a lot of cough 

Cactus Grandiflorus

This remedy goes by the name of night blooming cereus commonly and the symptoms linked to this remedy are: 

  • The person experiences very intense pain in his chest that he feels like screaming
  • Heartbeat becomes very rapid and the person feels that the pain is spreading towards hi left arm
  • Pulse of the person becomes low, feeble and weak
  • You feel a constant weight on your chest which is result of breathlessness
  • Lying on the left side of the body makes the pain and symptoms increase, grow and worsen
  • Anxiety and cold sweating

Naja Tripudians

This is commonly known as the venom of the cobra and is effective only to individuals who are  having suicidal tendencies, who are depressed and sad alongwith chest pain or congestion in the chest. The symptoms of the individual, when you should use this remedy are: 

  • Feeling of heaviness in the heart
  • Person gets a better feeling when he is in the open air
  • The pain from the chest region starts to spread from there to the left shoulder and the neck
  • You find it difficult to breathe
  • Heartbeat becomes rapid
  • You have a persistent and enormous feeling of anxiety and death all along

Robinia

This home remedy proves to be very useful when a person experiences symptoms like:

  • The origination of the chest pain is from the backside of the breastbone or sternum due to acidity
  • Pain in the chest starts shifting to the left side
  • Shortness of breathing
