I am suffering from a finger jam on my index finger on my left hand. It pains little little and my finger doesn't close full. What can I do to make this finger in my normal condition fast?
Hi Incase you have suffered some injury Get X ray done to rule out the fracture Incase there is no fracture you can do hot water fermentation and then do Finger bending exs.
You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.
