Skin redness rashes on back and head and legs sometime. Acute redness and scratching implications. The patient is on treatments since 8 months with no results. Test show antinuclear antibody negative, antibody index interpretation negative less than 10. Skin biopsy show features consistent with pigmented purpuric dermatosis. Doctor prescription contains dermatitis and psoriasis. Back skin contain redness with some what white fungal patch in the red skin. Kindly help as we are frustrated with this problem now. You.
