Do exercise daily. Take hot water whole day. Don't skip your Breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals. Take high protein diet and high fiber foods. Hello. I've been using Garcinia cambogia extract capsules for 2 weeks. Its for weight loss. I've read reviews n watch videos regarding this and its proven that this fruit extract has extraordinary results on weight loss. Mine I ordered from amazon from delhi, india.it contains 85% HCA. SO I want to ask is it good for health n can affect me physically. I take 2 capsules a day. One 45 min before from Breakfast and second also 45 min before dinner.Please tell.

Garcinia cambogia helps to imrpove metabolism and curbs appetite. Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. We provide 1 week diet that will help to reduce weight approx. 3-5 kg in a week. You can incorporate that in daily routine for maintaining weight. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. These pills are sold with the advertisement they will lose weight. They do not do anything. These are all fake supplements in the market promoted to loose weight what you loose is your money and your health and not your weight Since I am a lifestyle and wellness Dr. based in USA I have seen such things in USA and now body buys it because people know now that it does not work. It is a big scam in USA w hich is now passed on to India. Do not take any herbal supplements because they have no quality and are toxic to your .like kidney and liver. Weight loss medicine, is not that good to reduce fat. You are too young to consume fat reducing components. It will be good if you go for healthy lifestyle along with a balanced diet as per your body constitution and body analysis.

Hye, thanks for the query. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Eat local seasonal foods, whole grains, fruits, vegetables and nuts. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. If your diet is good it will make a difference in your skin and hair health. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets, medications will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.
