Shilajit provides strength and energy. This eradicates sexual weakness, Gout (joint pains or Rheumatiod), diseases related to kapha (Asthma and allergy), semen defi ciency, urine and bone- weakness, diabetes etc. problemsboth in men and women and benefi cial for providing vigorous energy.

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USAGE: 1-1 to 2-2 capsules with milk should be taken every day in the morning and evening, after having Tiffi n or meal. If high blood pressure problem is there, Shilajit should be taken in a smallquantity or take as per the suggestion of the physician.

INDICATIONS: Sexual weekness,UTI, diabetes, joints pain.

It would be more better if you improve your dietary intake rather taking medicines for it I will provide you diet plan which can help you gaining, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake.

You should always take shilajit under doctor's guidance. Bcs its very hot in potency, and might cause side effects.
