Whey protein is considered a complete protein and contains all 9 essential amino acids and is low in lactose content. People commonly use it as supplementation, alongside resistance exercise, to help improve muscle protein synthesis and promote the growth of lean tissue mass.

Meal # 1 (Breakfast)
4 hard-boiled egg whites.
1 Egg white omelet in olive oil.
2 slices of brown bread.
1 serving (30 gms) of plain oatmeal with skim milk (I prefer add 10 Almonds and 20 grams Walnuts and few raisins for taste).
Meal # 2 (Snack)
1 serving of broccoli.
3 hard-boiled eggs whites.
Meal # 3 (Lunch)
Half tandoori chicken.
1 roti.
1 cup of mixed vegetables (Specially cucumber).
1 apple.
Meal # 4 (Post workout meal)
1 Banana with whey protein shake.
Meal #5 (Dinner)
2 large cups of vegetables and fruits (Including cucumber, watermelon and papaya).
½ cup spinach.
5-6 berries such as strawberries.
Are you doing weight training at gym. Then do it 2-3 times (alternate days not consecutive days) a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions.
You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes. But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms. For more details you can consult me.

Any protein supplement that contains least amount of carbohydrate or nil carb is better. There are quite a few preparations giving 60 to 80% protein, low fat and almost nil carbs, You can select any one of those. Whey protein is a good supplement. Even soy protein is also good. Thanks. Thanks.
