Aceclofenac and Paracetamol inhibits the action of cyclooxygenase in the brain which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. And Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant that is used to treat the muscle spasms and the pain caused by the same. No mechanism of action has been determined for the medication as of yet, but the drug suppresses the central nervous system to produce the desired effects.
