It is a combination medicament, thus works through dual mechanism. The non-steroidal anti-inflammatory constituent of the medicine helps to relieve pain. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that is extracted from a silkworm. It acts as an anti-inflammatory pain reliever. This tablet facilitates the breakdown of proteins and reduces the formation of mucous and relieves inflammation.
