The dosage of this tablet depends on your overall health, the severity of the condition and how your body reacts to the first dose. This is a combination medicine, thus work through multiple mechanism. Betahistine is a histamine analogue. It works as a partial histamine H1 receptor agonist and histamine H3-receptor antagonist, thus reduces the pressure in the inner ear by increasing the blood flow. Vinpocetine judiciously increases the brain’s ability to utilize and circulate oxygen. It makes the brain better tolerant to hypoxia and ischemia. It works as an anticonvulsant. It blocks PDE enzyme, and ameliorates the cluster of thrombocytes. Piracetam acts by impacting the release of certain neurotransmitters in the brain. It improves and facilitates microcirculation in the blood vessels. It increases the flow of blood and oxygen uptake by activating acetylcholine.
