Thrize tablet is composed of Trypsin, Bromelain, Rutoside, Diclofenac. It is prescribed to individuals who have problems with digestion. This medication is composed of Trypsin, Bromelain, Rutoside, Diclofenac. Trypsin and Bromelain break down the peptides taking recourse to hydrolysis reaction. The peptides are deconstructed into amino acid building blocks. The working nature is a catalytic mechanism. The site of activation is comprises three amino acids which is referred to as catalytic triad. Rutoside is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) and further reduces swelling. Diclofenac inhibits an enzyme named Cyclooxygenase which is responsible for the formation of prostaglandin.
