Asked for Male, 61 years old from Hyderabad
Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. It is clear that your blood glucose levels are not well controlled.
Ideally in a well controlled diabetes patient fbg should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp should be 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% <6.5% up to the age of 60 years and above 60 years <7%.
Therefore there is a need for immediate upgrade. So please come back with following details: serum creatinine, urea, lipid profile, bp readings and detailed dietary pattern.
Our current bmi is 26.7 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs), considering your height and age ideal should be about 60 kgs. The extra weight also contributes to improper control of blood glucose as well as related problems.
Therefore, please come back with all the necessary details in a private conversation (paid consultation) then I will be able to give specific guidelines and even prescribe necessary drugs if required. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines.
If you are not willing, then please do consult your local physician and see that proper control is achieved. Thanks.
