This tablet is an enterokinetic agent that helps to treat chronic constipation. It works by increasing the rhythmic wave-like motion of the digestive system known as peristalsis. This helps to increase bowel movements.

It is vital that you take your dosage according to your doctor’s instructions. It can be taken with food or without it. In case you have missed a dose, but it is almost time for the next one, skip it. Never take two doses in one day.

The tablet should not be consumed if you are galactose intolerant or have glucose malabsorption. Also, avoid if you have kidney and intestinal disease.
