Lobate Gm Neo Cream is a very strong corticosteroid having a very high potency in combination with antibiotic and antifungal constituents incorporated in its composition. It reduces the actions of chemicals that cause inflammation in the body.

Lobate Gm Neo Cream belongs to corticosteroids. It works as an anti-inflammatory by inhibiting the metabolism of arachidonic acid by inhibiting phospholipase A2 thus inhibits the production of inflammatory mediators like prostaglandins and leukotrienes. The drug also binds itself to 30S-subunit proteins and also 16S rRNA. It attaches irreversibly to a total of four nucleotides of 16S rRNA and one protein S12 amino acid. This causes interference when it comes to decoding the site. And also works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol which is an important component of fungi cell membrane by inhibiting cytochrome P450 14-alpha-demethylase enzyme, thus helps in inhibiting the growth of the organism.
