Junior Lanzol 30 MG Tablet
This medication belongs to a class of medicines called proton pump inhibitors. It works by decreasing acid production in the stomach. This effectively controls the pH of stomach secretions. It prevents and treats stomach and intestinal ulcers, oesophagitis, and other stomach conditions involving excess acid production such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
It is also used to treat frequent heartburns happening 2 or more times a week. Over the counter, this medication should not be given to anyone who is 18 years of age or younger. The initial recommended dose is 30mg, taken orally once daily for 8 weeks.

WarfarinUsage of this medication with Warfarin should be strictly monitored by the doctor. Suitable adjustment in dosage and monitoring of Prothrombin time is necessary to ensure safety. Any symptoms like unusual bleeding, swelling, vomiting, presence of blood in urine should be reported immediately.
NelfinavirThis medicine is not recommended for use when the patient is already taking anti-viral medications like Nelfinavir or other drugs used in the management of HIV Infection.
DigoxinThis medicine should be used with caution if the patient is on Digoxin. Prior usage of any of these drugs should be informed to the doctor. Any symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, disturbances in vision, and abnormalities in heartbeat should be reported immediately.

OsteoporosisSuitable adjustment in dosage and duration should be made for patients who are at risk for Osteoporosis related fracture. Established treatment guidelines should be strictly followed in such cases.
