About Ivepred 4 MG Tablet

This medication is a steroid. It prevents the release of certain chemicals in the body that results in inflammation. The drug is quite effective in the treatment of many inflammatory health problems. It treats various other inflammatory conditions of the lungs, skin, eyes, blood cells, stomach and nervous system of the body.

Because the steroid is strong it can lead to some side effects which gradually disappear as the body adjusts to the medication. Some of these side effects are weakness and slight muscle pain, headache, bloating and discomfort of the stomach.

The dosage of this medication for adults may vary from 4mg to 48mg daily. In the case of children, the dosage is decided to depend upon the health of the patient and condition that is being treated.
