Diligan 50mg Tablet
Diligan tablet treats problem of nausea, vomiting, dizziness, vertigo and especially motion sickness. It belongs to a class of antihistamines. This kind of drug makes the natural chemical histamine in the human body ineffective.
The medicine is not meant for children below 12 years of age and it is advised not to exceed 50 mg of tablet in a day. You must consult your physician if you have a history of liver, kidney or cardiac disorders.
Take precautions if you are a patient of asthma or suffer from urinary tract diseases. Intake of alcohol, smoking and other histamines may aggravate the adverse side effects of the medicine.

It is an H1 receptors antagonist. Apart from that, meclizine also contains anticholinergic, local anaesthetic, and Central Nervous System suppressing effects. This tablet suppresses vestibular stimulation as well as labyrinth excitability. It might affect the medullary chemoreceptor trigger zone.
