Cetirizine tablet is one of the most popular antihistamine drugs used for the treatment of diseases like itching in throat or nose, runny nose, watery eyes, long-term hives and allergic rhinitis among many. Antihistamines belong to the class of medicine that helps in relieving from allergic reactions by blocking the passage of histamine. Histamine are the compounds responsible for causing allergic reactions in your body leading to itching, cold, sneezing and other such reactions. No drug should be taken without obstetrician' advice in pregnancy. Cetrzine is not a "sleeping" pill. So break your habit! through it is category B drug it is best avoided on 1 st trim.
