Actin 2Mg Syrup is an antihistamine which helps in relieving allergy symptoms caused by seasonal allergies, food or blood such as watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose or itching eyes or nose. This medication works by blocking natural substances like serotonin and histamine that your body makes during an allergic reaction. It also helps in treating mild, uncomplicated hives.

During treatment with this medication, you may experience drowsiness, constipation, dizziness, blurred vision, or dry mouth, nose or throat as side effects. The side effects which a patient can face includes mood changes, shaking, seizures, difficulty urinating and irregular heartbeat.

This medication is not prescribed for people who have an allergic reaction to it, women who are breastfeeding, a newborn baby or premature infant, an elderly person, those who have narrow-angle glaucoma, an enlarged prostate, a peptic ulcer or bladder, stomach, or bowel blockage.
