জিরোডল টি এইচ ৪ ট্যাবলেট (Zerodol Th 4 Tablet) একটি নন-স্টেরয়েডাল অ্যান্টি-ইনফ্ল্যামেটরি ড্রাগ (NSAID) বা স্টেরয়েড নয় এমন একটি প্রদাহ-বিরোধী ওষুধ যা অস্টিওআর্থ্রা‌ইটিস, রিউমাটয়েড আর্থ্রাইটিস এবং অ্যাঙ্কাইলুজিং স্পনডিলাইটিসের মতো বেদনাদায়ক বাতগ্রস্ত লোকদের জন্য নির্ধারণ করা হয়।

এই ওষুধটি সাইক্লোঅক্সিজিনেস (COX) এনজাইমগুলির প্রভাবকে ব্লক করে কাজ করে যা আঘাত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত জায়গায় রাসায়নিক প্রোস্টাগ্ল্যান্ডিন তৈরি করে এবং শরীরের মধ্যে ব্যথা, ফোলাভাব ও প্রদাহ সৃষ্টি করে। ওষুধটি ব্যথাকে দমন করে এবং প্রদাহকে হ্রাস করে। এই ওষুধটি গর্ভাবস্থাকালীন অবস্থায় বা শিশুকে স্তন্যপান করানোর সময় ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়। এছাড়াও ওষুধটি বাচ্চাদের গ্রহণ করার জন্য সুপারিশ করা হয় না। এই ওষুধ ট্যাবলেটের আকারে উপলব্ধ এবং মুখের মাধ্যমে গ্রহণ করতে হয়।

• এলার্জি (Allergy)

  আপনার যদি নন-স্টেরয়েডাল অ্যান্টি-ইনফ্ল্যামেটরি ড্রাগ (NSAID) বা স্টেরয়েড নয় এমন একটি প্রদাহ-বিরোধী ওষুধের থেকে এলার্জির ইতিহাস থাকে তবে জিরোডল টি এইচ ৪ ট্যাবলেট (Zerodol Th 4 Tablet) এর প্রস্তাব দেওয়া হয় না।

• অ্যাজমা (Asthma)

  আপনার যদি হাঁপানি বা অ্যাজমা থাকে তাহলে এই ওষুধ এড়িয়ে চলবেন।

• রক্তপাত (Bleeding)

  যদি আপনি কোনরকম রক্তপাতজনিত ব্যাধিতে ভুগতে থাকেন তাহলে এই ওষুধের প্রস্তাব দেওয়া হয় না। ওষুধটি পেট, কোলন এবং মলদ্বারে মারাত্মক ফোলাভাব এবং রক্তপাত সৃষ্টি করতে পারে।

জিরোডল টি এইচ ৪ ট্যাবলেট (Zerodol Th 4 Tablet) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that helps relieve pain. Prostaglandins are responsible for pain, inflammation, swelling and fever. Aceclofenac inhibits the action of cyclooxygenase in the brain which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. On the other hand, thiocolchicoside is a derivative of glucoside, colchicoside that is contained within Colchicum autumnale plant. Thiocolchicoside is a type of synthetic sulphur derivative. Thiocolchicoside has a high affinity to g-aminobutyric acid receptors. It activates GABA pathways and acts on the muscular contractures.
