Mr Hitesh, Please tel me know since when you have been diagnosed as a a diabetic patient? Is it T1DM? Are you on insulin injections? If yes, what is the type of insulin being taken and dosage? Blood sugar control needs adequate dosage of Insulin or anti diabetic drugs, plus diet control and physical activity.
Dear lybrate-user you are a cade of fasting Hyperglycemia. Most probably you are obese .if so please decrease weight by exercise and diet control. Take small frequent meal. Take full plate salad before each of Three meals. Take fruits in between meal. Brisk walking daily .More ask on line.
