Prosure Powder contains Maltodextrin, sucrose, milk protein concentrate, calcium caseinate, marine oil, fructooligosaccharides, minerals, Stabilizer (Arabic gum), vegetable oils (medium chain triglycerides (MCT) oil, Soy oil, High oleic sunflower oil), Whey protein concentrate, Soy polysaccharide, Vitamins, Antioxidants (mixed tocopherols, soy lecithin) flavoring, Choline chloride, taurine, L-carnitine.

Direction for use:
To prepare a single serve of 240ml:
Pour 95ml of water into a serving container.

When the powder is thoroughly dissolved, gradually stir in an additional 95ml of water and serve. When mixed as directed, Prosure provides approximately 1.26kcal/ml

Safety information:
Not for Parenteral or IV use or for people with galactosemia. Not for medicinal use. Not intended for use in children unless recommended by the physician or a qualified healthcare professional.

Storage instructions:
Once mixed, the unused portion of Prosure should be used refrigerated and used within 24hours. Once the container is opened, cover and put in a cool, dry place (not in the refrigerator), use within 2weeks.

You can take half a banana in a day... This will balance the (+) good nutrients and the (-) extra sugars.

Bananas are best for heart yes they are a rich source of potassium and you can eat ad many as you like. There will be no extra potassium which will harm the heart. Yes potassium taken as medicine does cause harmful side effects. Don't bother about extra calories also because it is giving you other essential vitamins and minerals too. Cut down other calories which are either empty calories like excess sugar or just basic calories like chapattis.

Yes its true if you eat it ripe. If you take it with hot milk or soak it in hot milk and then take the effect will be less/minimum in respect to cold.
