To gain weight in a healthy way is very essential. For this you have not only focus on protein intake but the total calories intake of the day. It should be high calorie, high carbs, moderate & that too healthy fat diet. To be specific you should make your meals calorie dense. Try to include milk & it's products, nuts like peanuts, walnuts, almonds, pista, cashew & also dates & anjeer. Chicken, fish & eggs if non-vegetarian. Make sure to have a balanced meal. Make sure you r not constipated. Make a personalized diet plan from a qualified dietitian & stict to it religiously. Need to have paitence. For nutritional supplements include high calorie high protein supplement instead of only protein.

Hi,
I take 100% calories, 100% carbs but 50% of proteins only.
For weight gain it is enough?
The diet should be balanced with fibers, vitamins and minerals along with the calories, carbohydrates, protein and fat. Only calculation of calories and protein is not enough.
