About Respira Syrup

Respira Syrup is a medication that helps in the treatment of chronic bronchopulmonary conditions related to cold, bronchitis, thickened mucus, cough, congestion and treat common cold and acute sore throat. The syrup treats acute and chronic respiratory diseases accompanied by elevated mucus production.

The syrup is a mucolytic agent that helps in reducing the thickness of the sputum, allowing the patients to breathe easily. It is advised that you should not take this medication if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.

    This drug is an agent that causes the diffusion of thick mucus. Uncontrolled quantity of nitric oxide (NO) is related to inflammation and other kinds of disruptions of the functioning of the airways. Respira Syrup inhibits the activation of guanylate cyclase which is nitric oxide dependent. It work as a short-acting beta-2 agonist that stimulates beta-2 receptors in the lungs. Also as an expectorant which reduces adhesiveness and surface tension of congealed mucous in upper respiratory tract to increase flow of mucous, stimulating and increasing efficiency of the cilia to remove the accumulated mucous.
