About Keflor 125Mg Syrup

A cephalosporin antibiotic, Keflor 125Mg Syrup kills sensitive bacteria by interfering with formation of the bacteria's cell wall. It is used for treating bacterial infections of the ear, throat, lung, skin and urinary tract.

The main side effect of this medicine is hypersensitivity. Other side effects may include mild diarrhoea, headache, nausea, tiredness, sinus infection and vomiting. It is safe to discuss with your doctor if you should take this medicine if you have diarrhoea, a stomach infection, phenylketonuria or a blood clotting disorder. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, only take this medicine if prescribed by your doctor. Certain medicines like probenecid and oral anticoagulants may interact with the action of this medicine so inform your doctor if you are taking extra medicines.

Take this medication at evenly spaced times for best results. It is taken by mouth usually every 8 or 12 hours for as long as your doctor prescribes. To prevent stomach upset, take this Keflor 125Mg Syrup with food. Follow your doctors instructions on how to use it and avoid missing any dosses.
