Tips To Manage Your Hair
Hair fall and its management-hair strands falling more than 100 a day is called problem.
Try to find out the type and reason for your hair fall:
There can be many types like male pattern baldness, female pattern baldness, alopecia areata, cicatricial alopecia, diffuse hair loss,
- Take the help of your doctor ,go for some investigations if required as suggested by your physician.
Diet:
- Take diet rich in protein and iron as it is the food for hairs.
- Eggs, pulses, paneer, dates ,flax seeds ,kiwi is good for hairs, in some cases some nutrition suppliments are necessary ask your physician.
Shampoo:
- Wash with mild shampoo 2-3 times a week minimum, in dandruff case use antidandruff one.
Combing :
- Do not comb when it is wet, as wet hairs are more prone to breakage .
- Avoid using blow driers, colours, sunexposure.
