Are you waking up fresher? If you are working on your diet and indulging in good dietary habits then you will have a good sleep.
You need to have a good 6-7 hours of sleep. Thirdly, If you are feeling hungry on regular timings or on proper breakfast, lunch and dinner? Agar apka thoda sa bhi kha ke hunger satisfaction ho jati hai and you don't want to have more and more, that's the best sign that you are fit. Fourthly, If you have control over your cravings like- tea, coffee, sweets and apko koi urge nahi hai ki aap ko early morning aapko tea chahiye or else lunch ke baad apko tee chahiye and you are starting your day with dry fruits and fruits, you are not starting your day with coffee, tea or else and agar aap sweets ke samne se aaram se nikal jate hain and you don't have any craving for sweet and aapko kuch farak nahi padta hai, then it is the best sign. The fifth sign is specially for girls that if you are having periods very naturally. Without taking any kind of medicines every month you are getting regularly your periods. Start your day with some kind of detox water that could be dhaniya water, methi dana water, lemon water, apple cider vinegar. Have some kinds of dry fruits like almonds, walnuts and have any kind of fruit that you like preferably banana that energizes you in the morning. Have frequent meals after 2-3 hours- small and frequent meals. Try to avoid tea and coffee. Don't start your day with tea and coffee. Start your day with some kind of rich fibrous fruit. Go for at least 45 minutes of walk in a day to keep your lifestyle energetic.
