I am a right arm spinner in cricket. From last 2-3 days my index finger and middle finger of right hands are paining when I close y fists or bend my fingers. Please help me with this.

This should work in your case: 1> ICE therapy - Rest the finger and apply Ice. Thats called Ice therapy. Ice can be applied for 10 minutes every hour initially reducing frequency as symptoms ease.
