You can also try some organic protein powders that are available in the market, ensure the protein powder is from a trust worthy company. Butter milk and curds are also good sources of protein. Brown rice is a good source of complex carbs and protein too. Chocolates are not a protein source. Chocolates are good if it is bitter chocolate and does not have sugar added to it.

Hello! medication or pills or supplement for weight lose is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat.

So in order to gain weight you have to bear two things in the mind, first improve the liver health so that liver can extract and absorb the nutrients from the food you eat and give it to the body. To keep your liver healthy, eat a lot of fruits, barley water. Take a cup of mix juice of Amla and aloe Vera and drink it daily. Take small frequent meals so that your digestion improves, eat every 2-3 hours in a small amount, this will improve your digestion slowly and you will start to gain weight gradually. To gain weight it is important that you take banana shakes, fruits shakes, cheese in your diet and once again do not full your stomach at a time. Eat small meals frequently Exercise regularly. Include fruits and vegetables into your diet. Another important thing is to increase the absorption capacity of the body. You might think I am already active enough and I don?t need to do anything extra and this can result in weight loss, but it is not true. In order to gain weight you should look to increase the muscle weight, activities like weight training increases the muscle weight. Almond , Raisin , Date with Milk is great for stamina. For Almond milk , Soak * almonds, Gind them and mix with 180 ml milk . Take 1 hour after BF/ Dinner. Boil 6 Raisins/ 4 dates in milk for 4-5 minutes at low flame. Consume after 1 hour of Dinner ( about 09:30 PM) .
