Best to do your body test first. Which vitamin is deficient you know first after that you have to start that vitamin supplements. Like for vitamin d deficiency you just take weekly supplements and morning sunlight daily 30 min is ok. Rest for details you can contact me.

Dear Lybrateuser, - It is better to obtain your vitamin & other requirements from diet as it is easily digestible, better absorbed & does not have any side effects - only if deficiency is there after doing blood test that supplements may be taken - if you have to take then take one at a time for a short period till normal levels are achieved ,then take the other one, excess intake of unnecessary supplements can cause side effects in the long term.
