Flax seeds are enriched with some of the most essential & basic nutrients that our body requires. They are good source of fibres, healthy fat, antioxidants, protein, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, omega 3, lignin & mucilage, vitamin B1. Regular consumption of it is good for skin, heart,hair and lower the risk of diabetes, cancer, heart disease etc. One to two tablespoon of flax seeds daily is good for health. It should be take in ground or powdered form. Chewed it properly because if not chewed properly it give no benefits to your body. Flaxseed oil has a low smoke point, so it shouldn't use for frying, use it into salad dressings etc.

Are flax seeds good for men? I heard that flax seeds contain high estrogen is that good for men.
They are good because of the nutrients present in them. It can be taken by any one. They benefit in general but not specifically regarding the hormonal status. So just consume them like any other food item. Its the overall effect of nutritious and healthy food along with healthy habits ( like exercise and yoga ) that take care of hormonal balance. Avoiding smoking and alcohol is also important for good health.
