Dont bother. It is true that the chances of giving birth to defective children are more in cases of close blood-related couples. But not always. If your bloods do not match, it will not affect your first child. In that case you will be given an immunization injection during your first pregnancy to protect the second child by altering your blood environment. Keep in touch with your doctor (Gynae&Obst) right from the early stage of of your pregnancy (once you are diagnosed pregnant). Nothing to worry. Have a happy married life.
