Shatavari is definitely used for bodybuilding and body growth but ashwagandha stands still best for bodybuilding. Shatavari dosage 1.In capsule form cap. Shatavari 500 mg extracts 2 caps twice a day with banana milk shake 2.Shatavari kalpa/powder/gud 2 gram twice a day with luke warm milk ashwagandha dosage 1.In capsule form cap. Ashwagandha 500 mgs 2 cap thrice a day with banana milk shake 2.In leha/powder form 2 grams twice a day with luke warm milk. Diet to take this should be done with highly nutritious 1. High protein Red meat, eggs, fish, chicken, cerals pulses 2.High carbohydrates sweets lassi 3.Low fats diet. 4.Milk products milk curd butter milk panner cheese 5.Fruits like apple banana etc 6.Green leafy vegetables and salads diet to avoid fast food Junk food bakery food more spicy oily geneal diet plan for bodybuilding take this below listed all 8 meals per day.
